Is 2025 Still a Good Year to Buy Property in Spain, or Has the Market Peaked?
I’ve been keeping an eye on property prices in Spain for the last couple of years, and it feels like they’ve gone up quite a bit, especially around the Costa del Sol and Valencia. I was planning to buy something this year, but now I’m starting to wonder if I’ve missed the best moment. Do you think 2025 is still a good time to buy, or are we hitting the top of the market already?

I totally get what you mean — prices have climbed, but demand’s still strong, especially from foreign buyers. I bought a small apartment in Alicante last summer, and it’s already appreciated a bit. If you look at listings on Real Estate for sale in Spain, you’ll see that new developments are still coming up fast, especially in coastal areas. Personally, I think the market’s stabilizing rather than peaking. If you’re in it for the long term, it’s still a solid move.
